Paddlefoot Canoe Program,
From September 4th - 6th 2004 Scholars set sail with 'Paddlefoot' on a canoe trip that took place in Reserve Faunique de Papineau Labelle. This reserve provides scholars an opportunity to see a vegetation and wildlife both rich and diversified.
We began with a warm breakfast prepared over and open fire, followed by campsite presentation and learning 'no trace wilderness practices. On the water, we started each trip with an instructional day at select rapids. All basic canoeing skills are covered as well as canoeing safely and team work, and communication while on the lake.
